Davey Promoted to Accounting Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Taylor Davey to Accounting Manager. In her role, Taylor is responsible for financial statement review, variance explanations, budget/forecasting preparation, cash flow management, income and expense reconciliations, lease administration and providing financial data for the residential property management team. In addition, she is the accounting lead for all residential property transitions. Taylor joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2019, as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Senior Accountant in 2021. Most recently, she was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2022.Taylor received a Bachelor of Science in Business Analysis and Management from Bellevue University, as well as, an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Metropolitan Community College.
