Burchfield Promoted to Regional Property Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Amanda Burchfield as Regional Property Manager. Amanda joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2015 as a Property Manager. She has 15 years of experience in the Property Management industry. Amanda brings experience in new construction and has overseen communities through renovations and new communities through lease up. As a Regional Property Manager for The Lund Company, Amanda oversees a portfolio of over 1,400 units in the greater Lincoln area. Amanda attended Southeast Community College and is on the membership committee for the Nebraska Apartment Association. She also earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association.
