| Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to announce two of their agents have been awarded multiple awards at the 2017 CCIM BIG Deal awards banquet that took place on February 28, 2018 at Quarry Oaks Golf Club. Awards are given for the largest transaction in the office, retail, industrial and multi-family sectors, along with the overall largest transaction completed in 2017. These agents were awarded with four out of the five BIG Deal awards, including the Overall BIG Deal award and several Honorable Mentions.
Congratulations to Scott Koethe, CCIM, Director of Investment Sales and
Denny Sciscoe, Director of Industrial Services on the following:
- The Overall BIG Deal award was presented to Scott Koethe for the sale of the 438-unit Highlands Portfolio consisting of Club at Highland Park, 11402 Evans Street, and Terrace Garden Townhomes, 10100 Grand Plaza, both in Omaha. The combined sale price was $33,350,000.
- Scott Koethe won the Multi-family BIG Deal with the 295-unit portfolio sale of Fireside Apartments, 8114 Wilson Drive in Ralston, and Chateau Apartments, 401 Chateau Drive in Bellevue, for a combined sale price of $19,950,000.
- Scott Koethe was awarded the Office BIG Deal with the sale of 3200 Samson Way in Bellevue, a 116,946 SF office building for $8,662,050.
- Denny Sciscoe won the Industrial BIG Deal with the sale of 13333 Lyman Drive, a 78,204 SF industrial building in Omaha for $6,500,000.
Honorable Mentions were also given to Scott Koethe for the sale of a 120-unit Multi-family property at 3201 Renner Drive for $4,500,000 and for the sale of 3434 Harry Langdon Drive for $3,350,000. |
