Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is excited to welcome Marlena Godbolt as Employee Relations Specialist. In her new role, Marlena is a resource for employees to go for work problems. Marlena has over 20 years of HR experience including, employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership learning and development. She is also responsible for answering questions about employment law, employee engagement and HR compliance. In addition, she works with legal resources to ensure employee relations adhere to company policy and regulatory requirements. Marlena also promotes company culture by helping to prevent and resolve any problems or disputes between employees and management. Marlena graduated from The University of Maryland, College Park where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish literature and served in the United States Navy.
