Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company Welcomes Jake Denker as Senior Associate, Investment Sales

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company welcomes Jake Denker to their brokerage team where he will specialize in investment sales, with a focus on multifamily assets. Jake joined the Company after spending six years assisting in the startup of a commercial real estate development and brokerage firm in Omaha. He is experienced in self-storage and multifamily sales, management, development and redevelopment of distressed assets.

Denker graduated from Creighton Preparatory High School in 2010. He then attended Saint Louis University and in 2013 he transferred to the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where he was President of Rho Epsilon Professional Real Estate Fraternity. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Nebraska and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to broaden his industry experience.
