Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company Welcomes Rosa Wasson as Regional Property Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is excited to welcome Rosa Wasson as a Regional Property Manager. As a Regional Property Manager for The Lund Company, Rosa oversees the day-to-day operations for over 1,600 multifamily units in the Company’s property management portfolio. She has over 11 years of experience in multifamily real estate and client services, including third-party property management and asset management. Rosa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also received her National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) accreditations through the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN).
