Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is happy to welcome Tina Bishop as Regional Property Manager. Tina oversees a portfolio of properties located in Omaha, Des Moines and central Nebraska. Tina joined the Company in 2022, bringing with her experience in Nebraska and Iowa law, luxury apartments, multi-site community management, property renovations and capital improvements.Tina attended Iowa State University and studied Meteorology with a secondary focus in Journalism and Mass Communications. In 2022, Tina received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association.
