The Lund Company Welcomes Tracy Ramirez, CAPS as Regional Property Manager

The Lund Company is excited to welcome Tracy Ramirez, CAPS as Regional Property Manager. In her role, Tracy oversees the day-to-day operations for 1,500 multifamily units in The Lund Company’s property management portfolio. She has 18 years of property management experience including third-party management, owner management and YieldStar pricing. Tracy received her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) through the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN).
