Diaz Promoted to Facilities Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Aaron Diaz to Facilities Manager. Aaron joined The Lund Company in January 2022 as a Commercial Maintenance Technician and was promoted to Facilities Manager shortly after. In his role, Aaron is responsible for managing a variety of properties in The Lund Company’s portfolio. Prior to joining the Company, he built an extensive maintenance career serving in the fire and life safety industry as well as in the United States Army. There, he built a wide range of management experience over various international missions and projects both in the United States and overseas. Aaron attended Columbia Southern University where he studied Occupational Health and Safety.
