Grado Promoted to Regional Property Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Nabil Grado to Regional Property Manager. In her role, Nabil oversees the day-to-day operations for many of the multifamily properties in the Company’s portfolio located in Omaha, Des Moines, and central Nebraska. Nabil joined the Company in 2017 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2023. She brings 10 years of experience managing multi-site properties, lease-ups, single-family homes, large property renovations, and capital improvements. Nabil received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association.
