Larsen Promoted to Regional Property Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is happy to promote Bev Larsen to Regional Property Manager. Bev oversees a portfolio of more than 1,400 units in the Omaha, Kearney, Grand Island and Ankeny, Iowa area. Bev joined the Company in 2015 as a Property Manager for the Company’s Residential Property Management Department. In 2016, she started her role as the Portfolio Manager for the SB Communities portfolio. Bev brings 15 years of experience in the Property Management industry, including new construction and lease-ups.
