McMullin Promoted to Director of Residential Property Management

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Cassandra McMullin, CAPS to Director of Residential Property Management. As Director of Residential Property Management, Cassandra is responsible for the oversite of a team of Regional Property Managers and the physical, operational, and financial aspects of multi-family communities held within The Lund Company’s property management portfolio. Cassandra joined The Lund Company in 2018 as a Regional Property Manager and has nine years of industry experience from both local and national property management organizations. This experience includes property acquisitions as well as management for renovation and new construction properties. 

Cassandra studied interior design at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and attended the Randall School of Real Estate. She is also an active member of Lincoln’s Young Professional Group. In 2020, Cassandra received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association (NAA).
