Preuit Promoted to Residential Training Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is excited to promote Laurel Preuit to Residential Training Manager. Laurel is responsible for preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating and documenting training activities for the residential property management team. She joined the Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2019 as a Leasing Specialist and has learned extensively to gain the knowledge necessary to effectively train Leasing Specialists, Assistant Managers, and Property Managers throughout the Company portfolio. Laurel also brings with her a passion for leadership development and organizational management. Laurel graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management.
