As Director of Residential Property Management, Amanda is responsible for the oversight of a team of Regional Property Managers and the physical, operational, and financial aspects of multi-family communities held within the Company’s property management portfolio. Amanda joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2015. Throughout her time with the Company, she has also worked as a Property Manager and Regional Property Manager where she oversaw a portfolio of 1,700 units. Amanda has 19 years of experience in the Property Management industry. She brings experience in new construction, 55+ communities and has overseen communities through renovations and new communities through lease up.

Education and Memberships

Amanda attended Southeast Community College and is on the membership committee for the Nebraska Apartment Association. She also earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association.
