Professional Expertise

In her role as Senior Systems Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Carrie is responsible for recommending new systems based on the cost, benefits, and usefulness of those systems. She leads the project team in the implementation of, or upgrades to, the Company’s software platforms in addition to providing support and training to the end-users. She also identifies, prevents, and resolves problems, tests cost-effective solutions, and provides high-level technical support to ensure efficient daily operations of the organization’s computer and ERP systems. Carrie joined the company in 2011 as Administrative Assistant. In 2013 she transferred to the IT Department as a Software Support Specialist and was promoted to Systems Analyst in 2016. She was again promoted to Senior Systems Analyst in 2023.

Education

Carrie attended Arizona State University and then transferred to the University of Nebraska-Omaha where she graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies and a Master of Accounting with a concentration in Information Analysis. Carrie was the recipient of the Bundesverwaltungsamt in Köln Award for outstanding academic achievement in 2006.
