Residential Training Manager
In her role as Residential Training Manager, Dana is responsible for preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating and documenting training activities pertaining to onboarding, compliance and functional training. She also is in charge of maintaining system integrity, relationship building, and customer service with both hiring managers, new hires and existing employees. Dana joined the Company in 2020 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Residential Training Manager in 2021. She brings with her four years of industry experience and a vast knowledge in lease-ups, luxury communities, multi-property portfolios and conventional community management.
