Professional Expertise

Genero joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2019 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2021. He was also previously a member of the Residential Help Desk team. Genero first started working in the property management industry in 2012 and brings with him experience in new construction, lease-up, sales and marketing, financial and organizational management, and strong customer relationships. A Nebraska native, he also has a wealth of community knowledge.

Memberships and Awards

Genero is an active member of the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN) and helped pioneer the first education committee west of Omaha. He joined the AAN Board of Directors in 2015 as Secretary/Treasurer. Since then, he has continued to serve on the board as Vice President and President. Genero received the AAN Stars of Excellence Volunteer award in 2017.
