Professional Expertise

As the Director of Retail Services for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Holly is responsible for the retail consulting services and leasing. She primarily specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the retail market, and establishes lease rates, leasing strategies, marketing plans and tenant occupancy coordination. Holly has been involved in transactions valued over $65.2 million consisting of nearly 1,442,158 SF. In addition, Holly oversees the Company’s retail market team.

Holly joined the company in 2008 as the Commercial Property Manager and Marketing Director for Regency Court Mall; where she was responsible for all property related operations, including advertising and tenant relations for multiple national retailers. In 2011, Holly was promoted to Director of Retail Services for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company’s brokerage division.

Education and Memberships

A graduate of Iowa State University, Holly earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Liberal Studies. Holly is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa. She has been a member of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce since 2001, also serving on the Chamber’s TAG Retail Board. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women’s Group), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), as well as CoStar’s Retail Advisory Board. Holly has been CoStar’s Retail Power Broker in Omaha in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
