Professional Expertise

As a Facilities Manager, Jason oversees a diverse portion of properties in the Company’s Commercial Property Management portfolio. Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2023. Prior to joining the Company, he worked in the beer and spirits industry for 20 years, owning and operating Lucky Bucket Brewing Company and Cut Spike Distillery before selling his company in June 2023. His experience as a business owner gave him direct commercial facility experience managing a 20,000-square-foot production operation. He has a passion for the real estate industry and owns several investment properties of his own.

Education

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Iowa, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Jason is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Nebraska.
