Professional Expertise

In her role as a Senior Accountant, Kim is responsible for reviewing financial records, managing cash flow, preparing budgets, performing lease administration and preparing operating expense reconciliations for a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. Kim joined The Lund Company in 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Kim worked as an Accounting Manager in the hospitality industry with full-service and limited-service properties. She had the unique opportunity to work with Grant writing and TIF programs. Additionally, she worked with fixed assets, AP, AR writeoffs and accruals for various acquisitions as an intern, as well as cash flow management with shared services bringing with her 13 years of experience.

Education

Kim received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She then went on to receive her Master of Accounting from Bellevue University and her Executive Master of Business Administration, with an international thesis in Medical Manufacturing from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
