Matt joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2018 as a facilities manager and was promoted to commercial portfolio manager in 2020. Matt is responsible for the facilities and asset management of a variety of third-party properties managed by Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. He provides primary contact and reporting for the assigned properties and is a liaison with the leasing and facility management teams.
Matt attended the University of Iowa. Prior to joining the Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, he worked in Ballpark Operations for various Minor League Baseball teams.
