As a Regional Property Manager, Nicole (Nikki) oversees the day-to-day operations for over 1,400 multifamily units in the Company’s residential property management portfolio. Nikki joined The Lund Company in 2016 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2023. She has over seven years of industry experience including unit renovations, financial management and capital improvements. Nikki brings a passion for team building and leadership development.

Education

Nikki attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Randall School of Real Estate. In 2018, Nikki received the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation through the National Apartment Association.
