As Director of Marketing for Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company, Stacie Anderson leads the daily operations of the Marketing Department and oversees the Brokerage Support Team. In her role, she is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing concepts that align with the business objectives of both the Brokerage and Property Management Departments. Stacie manages all aspects of brand implementation and oversight, ensuring the company’s image remains consistent and impactful across multiple platforms.

Her responsibilities include graphic and web design, print production, social media marketing, and the creation of customized marketing pieces tailored to support the company’s overall marketing initiatives. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company in 2008, Stacie has leveraged her extensive background in graphic design—ten years in total, with five years dedicated specifically to the commercial real estate industry—to elevate the firm’s marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Stacie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Midland Lutheran College, where she developed the creative foundation and technical expertise that continue to inform her professional practice.
