Troy joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2018 as a facilities manager. He is responsible for managing a variety of commercial properties throughout the Omaha and Lincoln areas. He has a strong background in Project Management and building relationships with a high emphasis on customer service. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, he worked as a project manager providing services to Fortune 500 companies and as a Department of Defense contractor providing surveying and logistical support to the United States Government both stateside and overseas. With an extensive background in Project Management, in both the private and government sectors, Troy brings with him over 18 years of experience managing a wide variety of multimillion-dollar projects.
