The Lund Company (Lundco) Announces Strategic Split into Lund Living and Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company
The Lund Company (Lundco) is pleased to announce a strategic reorganization that will see its operations split into two distinct entities: Lund Living and The Lund Company, operating as Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. This strategic move aims to better serve the diverse needs of our clients while maintaining our commitment to excellence in the real estate industry.
Under the new structure, Lund Living will operate as a third-party, multifamily property management company, dedicated to providing exceptional management services to a wide range of multifamily properties. Lund Living will leverage its extensive expertise to enhance property value and resident satisfaction, ensuring that each property under its management achieves its full potential.
“We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of Lund Living,” said Tanya Shapiro, president of Lundco. “Over the past few years, our multifamily management division has experienced significant growth throughout the Midwest. In addition to our properties in Nebraska and Iowa, we have established a strong presence in Northwest Arkansas and have expanded into Oklahoma and Missouri. Lund Living will continue this trajectory by providing high-end, tailored management solutions that enhance property value and resident satisfaction. Our dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional services that meet the unique needs of each community we serve.”
As a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, The Lund Company’s brokerage and commercial property management departments will continue to provide comprehensive commercial real estate services. Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company remains committed to delivering innovative solutions and unparalleled service to our clients across various sectors of the real estate market.
Both Lund Living and Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company will operate under the Lundco umbrella, ensuring a cohesive and unified approach to real estate management and development. This reorganization reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering specialized services and achieving the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction. This will also help separate the company’s multifamily department from the brokerage and commercial management departments clearly drawing a distinction from the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance program, as that relationship does not apply to our multifamily department.
“We are excited about the opportunities this reorganization presents,” said Jason Fisher, CEO of Lundco. “By creating two focused entities, we can better address the specific needs of our clients in both the multifamily and commercial real estate sectors. Lund Living and Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company will continue to uphold the values and standards that have made The Lund Company a trusted name in the industry for more than 40 years.”
