Cardenas-Polo Promoted to Residential Training Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Luis Cardenas-Polo to Residential Training Manager. In his role, Luis trains Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing Specialists by facilitating, evaluating, and documenting training activities throughout the Company portfolio. Along with residential property management experience, Luis brings ample commercial real estate knowledge to include management, lease administration, project management, business development, and acquisition experience. Luis joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2022 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Residential Training Manager in 2023. Luis graduated from the University of Texas–El Paso with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
