OUR HISTORY
Established in 1981, The Lund Company was founded as a property management firm servicing clients in the local Omaha market. Throughout the years, the Company expanded into other markets and added an array of complimentary real estate services, making it one of Omaha’s largest and most complete commercial real estate firms. In 2012, The Lund Company’s brokerage and commercial property management divisions joined the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, extending our reach globally and providing us with the full capacity of Cushman & Wakefield’s resources and platform.
