Bolter Promoted to Regional Property Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is happy to promote Jessica Bolter to Regional Property Manager. In her new position, Jessica oversees a share of the Company’s Omaha and Blair multifamily portfolio. Jessica joined the Company in 2021 as a Property Manager, was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2022, and then again in 2023 was promoted to Regional Property Manager. She has been in the industry since 2015 and has experience in managing multi-site properties, large property renovations, and capital improvements. Jessica received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) accreditations through the Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN).
