Casey Smith Joins Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company as Director of Residential Property Management

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is excited to announce the addition of Casey Smith as Director of Residential Property Management. In her role, Casey leads a team of Regional Property Managers maintaining a focus on the overall financial and operational success of each asset. Casey joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2023 and brings with her over nine years of experience within the multifamily industry. Throughout her career, Casey has held multiple positions including that of Regional Property Manager, Regional Marketing Specialist, and Senior Asset Manager. Casey holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi. In 2018, Casey graduated from Louisiana State University of Shreveport with a Bachelor’s Degree.
