Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is excited to welcome Mark Petracek as Facilities Manager. As a Facilities Manager, Mark is responsible for managing the Lincoln area commercial properties in The Lund Company’s portfolio. Prior to joining the Company in 2022, he spent 31 years in the manufacturing sector specializing as a Maintenance Technician and as a Manager in Shipping and Production areas. Mark is a graduate of Southeast Community College-Milford with degrees in Heavy Equipment and Transportation.
