Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is pleased to announce the addition of Kasey Douglas as Regional Property Manager. Kasey oversees a portfolio consisting of elevated, renovated, and new development construction located in the Northwest Arkansas region. Kasey Douglas has been with Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company since 2023 and has over 12 years of experience in property management. Since joining the Company, Kasey has brought her expertise in luxury apartments, property renovations, multi-site community management, team building, and lease-ups. Kasey has won lease-up of the year and several National Apartment Association (NAA) diamond achievement awards for her dedication to community service.
