Scott-Johnson Promoted to Regional Property Manager

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is excited to promote Ashley Scott-Johnson to Regional Property Manager. In her new role, Ashley oversees a portion of the Company’s Omaha and Council Bluffs multi-family portfolio. She joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2016 as a Property Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2022. Ashley started in the industry in 2006 and brings with her experience in tax credit and multi-site management. Ashley also previously served as a member of the Lund Residential Help Desk team. Her passion is team building, mentoring and coaching. Ashley received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the Apartment Association of Nebraska in 2018.
