Sean Davis Joins Live Sage, a Partner of The Lund Company, as Regional Property Manager

| Cushman & Wakefield/ The Lund Company is excited to welcome Sean Davis to the Live Sage team! Live Sage is a partner of The Lund Company. Sean started in 2021 as a Regional Property Manager. He oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties in the greater Arkansas region.
Sean first started working in the property management industry in 2016. He also has experience in residential/commercial real estate sales throughout the upper Midwest. He has experience working across diverse geographic markets with a variety of different property types including market rate, HUD/Section 8, Rural Development, and many other unique state/federal programs. Sean brings experience in new construction and has overseen projects through their initial lease-up and property renovations. |
