Taylor Promoted to Director of Property Accounting

Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Meredith Taylor to Director of Property Accounting. In her new role, Meredith is responsible for all the accounting functions for property accounting, as well as managing the employees serving these functions. These functions include overall responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in areas of budgeting, month-end reporting, variance reporting, invoice coding, reconciliations and lease administration for properties in The Lund Company’s property management portfolio. Meredith joined The Lund Company in 2011, as a staff accountant and was promoted in 2014 to senior accountant. In 2018, she was promoted accounting manager; and most recently, in 2022 to director of property accounting. Meredith received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
