Professional Expertise

Jeff joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2022 as an Associate for the company’s brokerage division. Bringing with him eight years of experience, Jeff has focused his attention on brokering business deals primarily ranging from $1M to $10M in enterprise value throughout the Midwest. This experience led him into the commercial real estate industry, where he now also deals with marketing, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate properties. In 2005, Jeff founded a start-up company called US Data Corporation, which he successfully sold in 2018.

Education and Memberships

Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Nebraska. He joined and has been a part of the Entrepreneurs Organization since 2007. Jeff serves as a board member of Heartland Kids Against Hunger. He also serves on the boards of several private companies in the Omaha area.
