Professional Expertise

Jeff is a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company with an emphasis on land acquisition, sales and development. Prior to joining the Company, Jeff spent 20 years in the consulting engineering industry working on all aspects of land development including site selection, entitlements and zoning, infrastructure and development consulting. During his career in real estate, Jeff has been involved in the development and sales of over 2,500 single family lots, 1,500+ multifamily units and over 2 million square feet of commercial and retail space. Jeff brings a unique mixture of skills and experiences to assist his clients in all aspects of real estate development and sales.

Education

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he was also a four-year letter winner and a three-time National Champion as a wide receiver on the Nebraska Huskers football team. In addition, Jeff was a graduate of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha program and was a Midlands Business Journal 40 under 40 recipient. Jeff is a licensed real estate salesperson and a licensed professional engineer in the State of Nebraska.
