Suzanne previously excelled as a Facility Manager with us from 2016 to 2021, and we’re thrilled to have her expertise and dedication supporting our clients once again. As an Asset Manager, Suzanne is responsible for the asset management of office and retail properties with The Lund Company’s portfolio. Suzanne has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and facilities leadership with a strong background in portfolio operations, budgeting and tenant relations; she provides a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to supporting both owners and teams.
