Jim Hain has over 30 years of agricultural production, farm management and land brokerage experience. He has an in-depth knowledge of all agricultural programs related to finance, production and conservation. He has substantial experience in agricultural and commercial land use economics and modeling agricultural investment transactions on row crops, both domestically and internationally.

Kurt is also lead point on the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) account, which provides representation on UPRR leased facilities and lease administration throughout the United States. In addition, Kurt handles investment consulting and specializes in landlord representation. Throughout his career, Kurt has been involved in more than 15.9M square feet of real estate transactions valued at more than $119M. Kurt is a member of The Lund Company’s 2012, 2017 and 2021-2024 Top Producers’ Club and plays an integral part of The Lund Company’s office market team.
Kurt has been with The Lund Company since 2002, where he started as a property manager and transitioned to the brokerage division. His experience as a property manager included the management of 1.5 million square feet of retail, office and industrial properties and a portfolio consisting of 12 properties. Prior to joining The Lund Company, Kurt operated a construction company he founded in 1999.

Tony joined Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company in 2011 as a Grounds Specialist/Maintenance Technician and quickly moved into the role of Roving-Tech. In 2022, Tony was promoted to Facilities Manager. Prior to joining the Company, Tony spent time in the auto collision industry and owned a remodeling business for many years.

Tony graduated from Metropolitan Community College (Metro) with an Associate’s in Auto Collision. He also received his certification in heat pumps EPA certification from Metro. Tony has a third-grade stationary engineer’s license through the city of Omaha.

Prior to joining The Lund Company, Carisa spent nearly 15 years capitalizing in ownership and investor project opportunities on the West Coast. During her tenure at GE Capital and Arden Realty, Inc., she managed projects ranging from simple $5M Tenant Improvements to more complex Capital Renovations at $16M+ and everything in between across more than 5 million SF of commercial office in various submarkets (Seattle, Portland, Orange County, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and San Diego). As a Sr. Project Manager, Carisa also spent a couple of years with Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego leading the Investor Services project management team. She supported the brokerage team to help transact deals on both sides of the owner & tenant ledger. As well, worked for a variety of Owner Portfolio’s to navigate through capital asset repositioning, leasehold, and value-add improvements. At Cushman & Wakefield | The Lund Company, Ryan is responsible for overseeing all company accounting practices, including departmental and property level, and ensures compliance with accounting standards imposed by all Federal and State agencies. Ryan oversees the financial reporting and strategic planning of related party real estate portfolios, including industrial, office, retail, land and multi-family. He assists with financial analysis of all contemplated real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and refinancing activities. Ryan has provided financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and the coordination of financing on about $50 million worth of property developments that actualized for related parties.
Prior to joining the company, Ryan started his career at a full-service public accounting and consulting firm, and was later named Controller for an authority that manages the $291 million CenturyLink Center and the Omaha Civic Auditorium. He was involved with the financial planning and reporting of over $20 million in expansions and improvements.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in accounting and minor in coaching, from Midland Lutheran College. Ryan graduated Cum Laude under the 150 credit hour program and was an Academic All-American.

He currently serves as a member of Omaha’s Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, sits on the Creighton University National Alumni Board, and is board president for Maha Music Festival. TJ is also an adjunct professor at Creighton University. In addition, TJ was previous board chair for YPO Nebraska. TJ is a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming.

Education and Memberships
Tanya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Psychology and Communications from Bellevue University. In 2013, Tanya received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. Most recently, Tanya became a member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty group in 2014.
Being an active member of the Omaha community, Tanya is a graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha program. Tanya is currently serving as a Board Member on the National Association of Commercial Property Owners (NACPO). Tanya also served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA) from 2014-2020. Tanya has served or is currently serving on/for the following Boards/Organizations: Women’s Power Lunch Committee for Habitat for Humanity, Girls Night Out for Girls, Inc., and the CRE Summit Steering Committee.
