Martin Patzner Awarded CCIM Designation
Martin Patzner, CCIM, CPM®, RPA, Vice Presient, Office Specialist for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in Omaha, recently received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from CCIM Institute. To earn the CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 160 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics in commercial investment real estate. Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination. Martin has over 24 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He primarily specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the office and industrial flex market for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. Martin has been involved in over six million square feet totaling more than $350M of brokerage transactions. Martin graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa. Martin has been awarded with the CoStar Power Broker Award in 2016-2019. In 2014, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2020, he was awarded with the most of transactions for the year for Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company. He was Producer of the Year in 2018 and 2020. In addition, Martin has also been recognized as a member of The Lund Company’s Producers’ Club from 2013-2020. |
