Mia has been with The Lund Company as an intern, where she worked closely with our agents while pursuing her salesperson license. As a brokerage associate, Mia helps clients navigate their commercial real estate needs with a focus on service, market insight, and lasting relationships. Her work includes identifying properties, researching market conditions, evaluating space requirements, and coordinating property tours. She assists buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in exploring opportunities, marketing available properties, and navigating lease and purchase negotiations. Throughout each transaction, Mia works with clients and other professionals to coordinate due diligence, manage key deadlines, and support a smooth process from the initial search through closing or lease execution.

With a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Mia brings a strong foundation in business fundamentals, communications, and strategic thinking to every client conversation. Combining a disciplined work ethic with an analytical approach, Mia is committed to helping clients identify the right space and make confident, well-informed business decisions. Mia is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Nebraska.
