Stofferahn Promoted to Facilities Manager

| Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company is proud to promote Tony Stofferahn to Facilities Manager. In his role, Tony is responsible for managing a variety of commercial properties in the Company’s portfolio. Tony joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2011 as a Grounds Specialist/Maintenance Technician and quickly moved into the role of Roving-Tech. In 2022, Tony was promoted to Facilities Manager. Prior to joining the Company, Tony spent time in the auto collision industry and owned a remodeling business for many years.
Tony graduated from Metropolitan Community College (Metro) with an Associate’s in Auto Collision. He also received his certification in heat pumps EPA certification from Metro. Tony has a third-grade stationary engineer’s license through the city of Omaha. |
