Professional Expertise

Bob Ellison joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2000 and concentrates on landlord and tenant representation for industrial and retail properties. In addition, Bob represents owners and investors in sale transactions of commercial buildings and land. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, Bob developed 25 years of experience with a large, Omaha-based retail company, where he spent the last 10 years as Vice President of Real Estate and Development. In this role, Bob oversaw all real estate leasing, property management, construction, and new store site selection in 15 Midwestern states. He was involved in the development of over 120 new retail store site locations and was responsible for over 6.4 million SF of retail space.

Education

Bob received both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of South Dakota. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska and Iowa.
