Tanya joined Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2012 and has more than 20 years of leadership and commercial real estate experience with both local and national private property management organizations.
Education and Memberships
Tanya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Psychology and Communications from Bellevue University. In 2013, Tanya received the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. Most recently, Tanya became a member of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) faculty group in 2014.
Being an active member of the Omaha community, Tanya is a graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha program. Tanya is currently serving as a Board Member on the National Association of Commercial Property Owners (NACPO). Tanya also served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA) from 2014-2020. Tanya has served or is currently serving on/for the following Boards/Organizations: Women’s Power Lunch Committee for Habitat for Humanity, Girls Night Out for Girls, Inc., and the CRE Summit Steering Committee.
